As an IT guy by trade, I’m involved with quite a few areas related to technology on a daily basis, including servers, internet/networking, gadgets, phones, computer software and hardware. I oversee my company’s IT staff and have a lot of fun doing it. No two days contain the same to-do list, which keeps life interesting!
I’ve been engaged with and learning about website design for about 10 years now, starting with simple notepad HTML pages and Paint Shop Pro, and now working with Microsoft Expression Web and Photoshop, but still hand coding everything. I enjoy using Expression Web’s Intellisense, which makes remembering all the CSS elements and HTML structure a little easier. Over the last few years I’ve enjoyed web design more and more, and have a lot of fun learning and growing in my abilities and knowledge. I have an eye for what looks good on the web, and am trying to develop my coding and creativity in order to keep up. Please let me know if you are interested in my services.
As you can see from the photo above, I have a lovely wife and 1 year old daughter. What you can’t see from the photo is that my lovely wife is also wonderful and I highly respect her. You also can’t see that my daughter is the most fun part of our day. She loves to sing, dance, play with blocks, fist-bump with daddy, and she can almost walk. We live in the midlands of South Carolina where summer isn’t just a state of mind, it’s a perpetual season. I have many interests that I dabble in, including playing and watching sports, hanging out with my family (immediate and extended), home improvement projects and renovations, reading, personal finance, and lately a little bit of stock trading.
